Hello fellow Spellbinders,

Great news! All T-shirts from orders that completed their BackerKit survey have been printed and are on their way.

Speaking of incomplete orders, at last count there were 25 of you who ordered books/shirts and paid for them on Kickstarter, but didn't complete the BackerKit survey. Completion of the survey is needed for two reasons: One, to collect the $9.99 shipping fee for printed books ($23+ for international orders). And two, to collect your (current) address. Of the 25 people, the vast majority simply need to pay the $9.99 shipping to release their orders. 

If you paid for books and have not received them, please send an email to [email protected] so we can get to the bottom of it.

As you may have seen on social media, most or all of our international backers have received their books. That means, it's almost TIME TO VOTE!

MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Early next week, I am going to send out the official GET OUT DeVOTE ballot! If you haven't read your books yet, this weekend would be a great time to do so. But don't worry, I'll leave the voting open for at least two weeks. At which point, we'll finally determine which of our four heavy-hitters will emerge victorious in this head-to-head-to-head-to-head battle!

As the title of this email spoils, I released the digital rewards through BackerKit.

I also mailed out all the remaining international shipments (except for one large retailer order, which I'm working on).

That means everyone who paid for shipping and completed their survey should have their rewards in hand or en route now.

This is very important: If you did not receive a reward you paid for, it's because you didn't complete the BackerKit survey. Even if you ordered a digital reward, you have to do the survey to trigger the file's release to you. You don't have to enter an address though.

If you paid for a print reward or piece of art and didn't get it, it's almost certainly because you didn't pay your shipping fee/complete your survey. In total, there are 50 backers who didn't complete the survey.

Next up is T-shirt fulfillment. Those will ship directly from the printer.

And then... a link to vote for which DeMultiverse title you'd like to see go to series first!

Canada! The UK! T-shirts! Digital! FAQs!

Getting a lot of similar questions, so I'm sending out this quick update to address them all in one place:

I am working on the remaining 120 international orders now. Yesterday, I sent out all but one very large Canada order. Today, I'm sending out all the UK orders and, if things go well, Germany, France, and some others. In total, there are 24 different countries we're shipping to--a truly global launch! Hoping to have ALL the international orders out the door by 5p tomorrow. 

Immediately after that, I will upload the digital rewards so everyone will have their books at the same time. 

If you ordered a T-shirt, those will be shipped separately direct from the printer, and my plan is to get those on their way to you next week. 

Reminder that Keith Champagne's Kickstarter for DAYBREAK #3 launched today, and I sent out issue #1 as a FREE digital reward in the last email. You can check out the new campaign here.

I'll update again when the digital rewards are distributed. Until then...

DIGITAL-ONLY BACKERS, PLEASE READ!

ALL US shipments are out and some people have even reported receiving theirs today!

International orders should be shipped by the middle of next week and digital orders will be fulfilled just after.

If you receive your order and have something nice to say, PLEASE post it on social media with the hashtag #DeMultiverse and tag Spellbound Comics and as many creators as you want!

HEY KIDS, COMICS!!!

You're looking at approximately 500 US shipments all boxed, labeled and ready to go. That leaves about 100 US shipments left to label plus about 120 international shipments (SEE BELOW).

Since I've run out of empty boxes to put the orders into, I'm going to take the first load to the Post Office TODAY!!! Then I'll come back and finish labeling the last 100 US orders. Then I'll take all the remaining US orders to the PO, and switch my focus to the international orders. As soon as those are in the mail, I will release the digital files to everyone. I expect all US orders to be moving towards your happy homes by end of day Saturday.

If you ordered a Matthew Dow Smith signed book--good news!--those books arrived on Wednesday and many of them are already packed in the above photo.

And finally, if you ordered anything physical, and you still haven't filled out your survey, PLEASE do that today. I sent out another reminder yesterday. If you don't complete the survey and/or pay the shipping fee, your order will not ship, even if you paid for the books on Kickstarter. I do not want to keep books you paid for, so please please please wrap up your orders. It only takes a minute. Thank you!
